Always helpful and informative pleasant but businesslike as they can be very very busy, bustling aroung helping many many patrons. Love their cappachinno,pizza slices and they have gelato too
Great pastry and cookies. Was annoyed that a few customers went ahead of me like I didn't exist or didn't have a number and was waiting patiently to get called on. So if they're busy, be assertive or you'll get pushed aside.
Best place hands down for Italian cookies in CT! Amazing cake with peaches and strawberries. Pre-ordered your large cookie orders or stop in and have a box packed for you. The espresso and gelato are delicious.
I like the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. I'm pleased that they have them daily now. Friendly service and many tasty choices. If something you often see out front is not there then ask if they have any left in the back. I've done it successfully a few times.
