Always good customer service from Steve, Kathy, or Ben. I love the wood pellet stove in winter. A great place to warm up. When's coffee served, Steve?
Bought a bike there, they had a great price and did not pressure me into buying even though I stopped there 3 times before I was ready to buy. They let me ride the bikes they had until I was sure which one I wanted to get. When I came back a week after purchasing my bike to get a shorter stem, they replaced it within 15 minutes and did not charge me anything. The selection may not be as great as at some other bike stores, but what's there is top notch stuff.
Nice selection of bicycles, found exactly the type of bike I was looking for. (Mountain bike.) I went to a couple of other places and they were a bit higher priced. Steve the owner was nice, didn't pressure me into buying anything, let me look at the other stores. A lot of different parts for bicycles here so I will probably be coming back if anything on my bike breaks from storming down a mountain lol. All in all good experience from a family owned business, can't find many of them anymore.
Worst customer service ever asked them to put in a tube I had cause my tire popped and they wanted to charge me 12 dollars when I could have done it for free. I just thought they could help me out and do it real quick recommend bikers edge if you wanted good service
