I received a Budget truck rental quote online to be picked up here. The guy here strong-armed me into renting it for additional day and did not honor the terms of the quote. They were closed on the quoted drop-off day (even though they have after hours drop-off) and wanted me to pay for the day they are closed. Then he said, despite the quote, that even if I drop it off the very same day, a day rental is not 24 hours, it is "an 8-hour work day" so I would still need to pay for two days. Since I had everything planned for the move that day, I had to rent the truck anyway. My advice to the next customer: don't put yourself in a similar position with people who do business like this.
Great service and rental products. I was in and out of there in minutes. No waiting. Got my machine and was on my way to complete my project. And returning it was the same way. In and out. Aand my deposit credited to my account within. 3 days. Awesome place
