0.9 miles from delivery address. Ordered at 7:28 and was told half hour. "Danielle" left with my order at 7:58 according to order tracker. I called them at 8:15 and was told she'd be here in a few seconds. I called back at 8:35 and cancelled my order. 8:42 the doorbell rang. "Sorry, we cancelled the order." Pizza might be good. But I'll never know. Don't order from this location.
Great food and great service every time. Always a pleasure getting food from you.
Only location I've been to that sometimes serves reheated food. Tipping is risky as it's done before you see your food. Grabbing lunch for a group can be challenging, they don't offer any option for carrying multiple items. Other locations outside Plainville are better.

I've been buying Pizza in this place since they open and I believe the service have been improved a lot, before I give them four star for a few things the needs to improve, they actually did, I think the new management are making change for the good, the guys are more friendly now, wasn't like that before, congratulation guys! you doing a really good job and, the food is always good.
