Went to plainville Taco Bell tonight 10pm. I ordered two quesadillas. I don't know what sauce they put on them but it wasn't the quesadilla sauce. I went around again they re made them. Again wrong sauce don't know what it was but it smelled funky and was sickening I don't know if they have spoiled sauce or just don't know what to do. Now I wasted my money. Went across to Wendy's.
This location used to always be my favorite and I would drive over from my town to this one because the food was better, fresher, and hotter. Not anymore. I don't know if it's new management or staff but now EVERY time I go there my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. I spoke to the regional manger who was super nice and comped my next meal. The location manager then apologized to me on my next visit and was also really nice. And then immediately made my food wrong AGAIN. Today I got chicken in my 7-layer (vegetarian) burrito. I'm done.
HORRIBLE - THE FOOD AND SERVICE. Threw it away, not even edible. Service was awful, order taker was rude and used foul language. and the facility was filthy. The restroom was more like a sewer. Absolutely filthy with NO toilet paper and a dirty baby diaper IN the sink. The filthy accumulation of dirt on the floor tells me the bathroom does not get cleaned. While in there, an employee used the restroom and returned to work without hand washing. Never again will I waste my money on food not suitable for a dog!
