Representative said they would arrive at 2:50. They arrived at 4:50. Was waiting in my car for 4 hours in sub zero tempuratures until we called a private tow truck and cancelled the triple A truck. Was not notified of any delays or updates along the way.
My car broke down in an intersection. We called AAA at 12:20 with temp. of 27F they said they would be there in 2 hours. It is now 4:54pm it is 17f outside and they have made no contact with us... People depend on your service that is why people get it, you have let us down and everyone sitting in the cold car is going to leave you a nice 1 star review. We have a called a private tow truck so we Don't FREEZE TO DEATH!!!!!!!!!
