I'm sorry, but if they can't even correctly perform an oil change, I definitely don't trust them doing any other kind of work on my car. After paying a COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE $155, I will be demanding a refund.

UPDATE: After going into Crowley (multiple times) and being shunned into the waiting room to be forgotten about...I was finally assisted by Jesse. He made copies of everything and said he would write me a check immediately. It's now two months later and I just called to check in because I still have not received a check. At first Jesse acted like he had no idea who I was, but then after realizing, he said he'd leave a message for Gary AGAIN. THAT'S IT. This incident occurred in July and it's now almost October and I am most likely never receiving that check. Gary clearly has no intentions of resolving this issue and doesn't care about his clients. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO ANOTHER CROWLEY EVER AGAIN.

Pretty amazing as far as dealerships are concerned. The service department and sales have always been outstanding over the past two years. The quick Lane oil change is pretty nice too! Even open on Sundays!

Great service, got us in our car quickly even on a Sunday. Pricing was best around and they didn't play any games. Would definitely buy a car here again. Even offered us pizza they had gotten for lunch. Very nice team all around.

2 weeks have gone by and Jesse has yet to return our calls. We have even been promised we are at the top of his call list. Is he really the only guy who can tell me how much this part is going to cost and schedule the service? This seems a little ridiculous, and since we have to use a Ford dealer we will have to go with a competitor.

Had to bring my car in twice because the 4 wheel drive, hill assist, and steering assist light kept coming on while driving. Brought the car in and they ran a diagnostics (150.00) only to come back and tell me nothing was wrong with my car----had no problem taking the money, though. Less than a week later, my car won't start and all the lights mentioned above come back on. Had to jump start my car and bring it back to Crowley. Suddenly now, they find that the battery is no good----you couldn't find that error when you had my car 6 days prior? had to shell out almost 200 dollars for the batter, the money for diagnostics and money for a rental since all their rentals "were gone for the holidays" whatever that means. The service dept always says they will call with an update or when the car is ready and THEY NEVER DO. I always find myself having to hunt them down in order to see what is going on.

Cheers!

We had our Ford Explorer in for a diagnostic ($169) last Saturday because the computer screen in our center console along with radio, air temp control etc no longer works. We were told we would be contacted Monday with a price quote for parts and labor. We did not receive a call and had to call back twice Monday afternoon to find out the "guy" who was supposed to call us wasn't working until Thursday. It is now Saturday again and we still have yet to get a call back. Our entire family has always purchased and serviced our vehicles at Crowley. We all have found that the quality of service over the past few years has really gone downhill and it's such a shame. Every time we leave, we are asked to provide a five star rating upon receiving a request for review. I have again been asked for a five star rating but do not feel it is warranted anymore. Sorry Crowley, it's going to take more then just a "polite customer service rep" to get your five stars back from our family.

I recently had an oil change at this location and everything seemed fine...that is until my car started smoking two days ago and I had to take it in to be checked out. I decided to take my car somewhere other than a Crowley location (thank God!) and it turns out the person who did my oil change (at Crowley Ford Lincoln) FORGOT to put a rubber gasket around the oil filter, which essentially means my oil has been leaking ALL OVER MY ENGINE AND UNDER THE HOOD and was bone dry when I took it in. They had to do a whole new oil change, along with an extensive washing of the car, which was soaked in oil.
