My experience in kohls was awful ..I always shop there because of the kohls cash and it's great for my two little growing boy's..Anyway's I was just there 2 day's ago and I bought 2 Nike outfits and one of them was half off because of the big sale they where having!.Anyways I go back there today it still said buy one get one half OFF so I got 2 more..Now I'm at the register they are calling back people to go "check "they said it was for the socks
I bought a Keurig on the Kohl’s website. It arrived with a mailing label stuck to it. Not even in a box. The box was trashed. Can’t gift that! So I take it to the store to return. I decided to get a slightly different model while there since they didn’t have the color I wanted in the model I was returning. They wouldn’t just switch the models and charge me the difference. The customer service lady gives me a scratch off for 15, 20 or 30% but I had used a 25% off coupon to get the first one. So for a $10 more expensive model she wanted me to pay $24 difference. So basically don’t buy a gift for someone online from Kohl’s because it’ll be shipped as cheap as they can and don’t expect good customer service.
I was impressed with how neat and organized the store was on Christmas eve. I felt their prices were a little high.
SUPER DEALS but hard to get proper sizes and the racks are completely out of order. They need to spend more time reorganizing the clothes other people pick up and put in the wrong spot. It would be much note enjoyable to see something you want and actually have your size
Great store and staff. So much better than Waterbury and Brookfield
