Employees are terrible and rude. Professionalism needs to be implied by managers much more. Employee approached me and pushed the cart at me all because I was taking shoes out the box to try them on.
This place is a joke. Twice I've put items on hold to pick up within HOURS the same day and twice I've had the item "accidentally" put back. Put two dresses on hold and when I came in to pick them up, there was only one. The employees did little to help, "there was a lot of stuff left up front so someone must have thought it was suppose to go back". Literally worst customer service ever

Great store with a wide selection and assortment of clothes, shoes, and home goods. Purchases and returns are easy, and there is always someone on the floor to help.
