She should have said sorry the first time I said something to her!
Then she came back to us just gave our check and left.
We complain to her
And finally she came back with the change, and she said “ my manager said to take $5 off”
The food was very bad, there customer service was very distasteful it left a nasty taste in my mouth. My 2 year old wouldn't even eat the food. I would never come again. I dont understand how a place of business like this is still open. The "MANAGER" ON TOUR WAS NOT VERY WELCOMING AT ALL; VERY INDECISIVE WHEN IT COMES TO HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
I really didn’t want any money back, I just wanted to have a good dinner and for an apology that they messed up my dinner.
She did not even say sorry.
But we saw salt was all over everything even on my potato, and everything was really salty.
Save your money and go to McDonald’s. The best thing at Applebee’s was the water, service was below average and our waiter forgot our appetizer and told us that someone stole our appetizer before he could bring it out to the table. Really!!!! How about I don’t care about your reasons instead just bring my food. Never again and now realizes why I have avoided them for over 10 years!!!! Here’s to another 10 years!!!!!
She said just “ probably seasoning is salty, I will talk to manager “
And when she came back to take the money, I said again “ did you tell your manager? “ and she said “ I will tell my manager “
I have been here on several occasions and have always sat at the bar. Bartenders are very attentive and friendly. Last time I ate there went for the 2 for $25 deal. Highly recommend it
When I order I said “I don’t want salt on my food”
My long island ice tea looked like lemonade . Beer tasted Stale & . . Food . . Ohh men. Go somewhere else. Felt bad for server (had no part in any of this)
The waitress was horrible.
