I get that it's dinner time but a 20 minute wait to order and listening to a cashier whining about working until 9pm seemed a little much for a quick bite.
Watching the 2 orders in front of me get botched gave me an expectation that mine was next. Sure enough, looking at a screen with my order specifically saying "NO CHEESE", the sandwich assembler confirmed with the gentleman behind me that there was to be extra cheese on the burger.

Good food especially the fries and homestyle chicken filet. Service is decent sometimes it takes a little too long waiting in line.
And what's with the half door for a toilet stall? Or was that the drive up window? A little privacy please!
Hello people that work at drive thru are very rude today and I asked lite on the ice in my drink today they gave me a lot of ice and then very hard time then I was given no receipt at all today if I was not alone and not having a hard time to walk today I would have gone inside to talk to Manager but I was alone today but I will never go to Wendy ever again due to very very poor customer service and I have lived in this town for 45 plus years and I'm well know in this town for alot of good stuff I have done over many years
It's the second time that I get the wrong service today went there and order 3 triple Dave's burger and 3 baconator what I received in my order was 3 baconator and 3 Doble baconator.. The time before that the same thing happened it's the f****** last time I go to this Wendy's....
